Registrants agree to and understand that:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE TO ANY OTHER PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
• Due to the contracted services of said photographer and videographer, registrant(s) may appear in promotional material, whether it be photos and/or videos.
• Yakinea Marie Adul'Ali, SheCEO Global, LLC, SheCEO Properties, LLC, its associates, along with the ARISE 23 Business Summit contractors, affiliates, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any sickness (COVID) or injury that registrant may incur.
